As a practice accredited in Conservation at Grade III level, and offer services related to protected structures, built heritage and conservation. We are placed to advise on the philosophy, principles and legal background of conservation to ensure clients understand the implication of the purchase or ownership of a protected structure. We have extensive experience in designing and delivering renovations and extensions to existing protected structures, and offer a depth of expertise with regard to conservation.
As qualified Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP), we are well placed to examine and manage projects to ensure that health and safety is embedded from the outset. We manage design-stage risk assessments, coordinate Safety Plans, and ensure full compliance with S.I. No. 291/2013 Construction Regulations, safeguarding the delivery and operation of every project.
We fulfil statutory roles as Assigned Certifier and Design Certifier under BC(A)R 2014, ensuring that every project complies fully with Building Regulations.
